64-year anniversary of Vietnam Veterinary Traditional Day

In the morning of 05/07/2014, “64-year anniversary of Vietnam Veterinary Traditional Day” was solemnly held by Vietnam Veterinary Association in Kim Lien Hotel, Hanoi and Central Veterinary Medicine JSC No.5 was honoured to be the official sponsor for this event.
There were Prof. Dr.Dang Vu Minh – Chairman of Unions of Vietnam Sector and Technology; leaders and staff of Department of Animal Health and subordinate units, Branches of Department of Animal Health in Northern provinces,  Veterinary Institute, Veterinary  Department of Vietnam Academy of Agriculture, Dr. Nguyen Thi Huong- CEO of Central Veterinary Medicine JSC No.5 who is the main sponsor and over 200  guests who have had many years of experiences in veterinary field attending the traditional anniversary of Vietnam Veterinary Sector 11/07/1950-11/07/2014.


In the opening of the anniversary, Prof. Dr. Dau Ngoc Hao – President of Vietnam Veterinary Association made an opening speech to confirm the huge role of Vietnam veterinary Sector which controls very well diseases of cattle, poultry and prevents diseases from spreading from animals to humans, ensures the food safety by controlling slaughter, contributes to ensure community health.
Next is the opinions of representatives of departments, institutes. which emphasized more on the role of the veterinary sector nowadays and in the next periods. Especially, we are proud that Veterinary sector includes not only Veterinary Ordinance but also Veterinary Law which we are building, drafting and submitting to the Government. In the anniversary, as a leader of a veterinary medicine company and the main sponsor for this event Dr. Nguyen Thi Huong- CEO of Central Veterinary Medicine JSC No.5 made a touching speech about her career which has been close to Veterinary sector for 28 years. She also thanked her teachers, colleagues and friends who helped, encouraged, and motivated her during previous time even in the most difficult period. In the end of her speech, Dr. Nguyen Thi Huong wished all of the guest good health and veterinary sector to develop more and more which will contribute to the overall development of the agriculture sector, ensure food safety and community health.
